You'll work across our Next.js frontend and NestJS backend, shipping features for the CRM and Projects modules alongside our platform team.

• 5+ years building production web applications
• Strong TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Experience with relational databases and API design
• Comfortable owning a feature from design to deploy

You'll design across the Nexily platform's modules, working within (and evolving) the design system that every product runs on.

• 3+ years of B2B product design experience
• Comfortable owning a design system, not just individual screens
• Strong prototyping skills (Figma)
• Experience partnering directly with engineering

You'll build and evaluate the AI features woven through Nexily's modules — from lead scoring to ticket summarization — with a strong focus on evals and guardrails.

• Experience building production LLM features, not just prototypes
• Comfortable designing evaluation rubrics and reference datasets
• Strong Python or TypeScript
• Bias toward narrow, well-evaluated features over general ones

You'll run the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from first call through close.

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
• Comfortable with a consultative, discovery-led sales process
• Experience selling to technical and non-technical buyers alike

You'll be the first line of technical support for clients running Nexily's platform in production.

• 2+ years in a technical support or implementation role
• Comfortable reading logs and reproducing bugs
• Clear written communication under pressure
